Everyone bends over backwards and dig into their pockets each year to help Scouts with their cookie drive as if they stayed up all night cooking. I'm sure that's exactly what the Girl Scout Cookie manufacturer would have us believe.

That's what I remember the "cookie crumbles" document we got last year (they are rounded to the same percent).

If the girl scout leader believes that the boy scouts are better organized and wants to try to adapt her troop to follow more of the boy scout ways, (more outdoor activities, less arts and crafts) can she? What difficulties will she face? What advice

As long as you don't expect them to wear BS badges, no one is going to care. Well, assuming the girls actually want to do the activities you're suggesting. If you end up with a group who really prefer crafts over camping, you'd be better off finding
