Deluxe Gym - Im Wondering

If I get the total gym DELUXE, do i still need to do cardio(walking,running) and stepper. machines?

Or is it all included with the gym altogether?

It only comes with training equipment, no cardio.

I need to know where I can purchase parts for my Marcy Em-1 Deluxe Home Gym. It is an older gym. thanks?

I need the plastic spacers that go on the each side of the stacked steel weights.

You posted this in cycling and likely won't get many answers. Having dealt with things like you have in the past, the best solution is to contact the manufacturer or a store that carries their products. The store may be able to contact them for you.
