What do you do when you are taking over a Girl Scout troop with only $5 left in the troop account?
Keep in mind that I am a Jr. Girl Scout troop grades 4-6. Also I've never run a company before and am not sure what I'm doing anyway. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
a fundraiser, or perhaps many of them. have people give things for a garage sale, bake sale, washing. ask for donations. ask other parents to donate snacks for meetings.
How many girls do you need to start a girl scout troop?
Me and my friend (we're 14) wanted to be in a girl scout troop. Her mom volunteered to be the leader. Can we still be a troop if there's only 2 girls and a leader?
It depends on the council, but 3 to 5 is the normal minimum.
If you don't want to add more members, you can register as independent Girl Scouts (called Juliettes), with your mom as adviser.
