How do I get a mini cd into my computer?

Ok, I bought a new computer today and the need to transfer info from old to new. You have a huge problem, bought the Dynex transfer software, but it's a mini disc and my old computer will not take the disc. The tray does not come out like new computers.
Yes, these miniCD not work in a drive slot-loading most of the time. And even if they do they sucked can not get pushed out there do not even try to do to take it.

Unlike the normal sized cds, there is nothing to hold the mini cd in the tray so it keeps falling out, and don't want to hold it and close the tray incase it gets stuck.
Maybe just lean the computer over, or put it completely on its side, until the CD doesn't slip out of the tray, then close it. Then you can put your computer the right way up again once it's spinning round.
Just be careful taking it out
