I have a box of cooked crab meat, 20% of which shows a blackish / blue. What could be causing this? I like that a lot of technical information as possible.

We were at a chinese buffet last night and when they brought out a new pan of cooked crab legs, I noticed one of them had these black circular things on one of the legs. There were probably four or five on there. I took another crab leg and raked them
Crablegs get parasites and small barnacles on them sometimes, totally natural and harmless.
