How much would you pay for a handmade baby blanket?

I crochet blankets and I think trying to sell them online. How much would you pay for an item of hand like this? I am quite talented and can make a wide variety of models, many that I made myself.

Depending on the size, I would not try to sell for over $ 25. I saw some selling on ebay, but I think it's few and far between compared to those actually displayed.

Any suggestions on what color combinations to use/not use for a handmade chenille baby blanket?

I'm a total novice but want to make matching blankets for my daughter and her sister who will be born later this summer. I thought the handmade chenille (where you layer flannel, cut it, and wash it) would be hard to screw up.
I would prefer a

Look at the color combo's in childrens toys and stuffed animals.

For example: red and orange (Winnie the Pooh)
