What's the difference in a diaper shower and a baby shower?

I was invited to a shower diaper and a baby shower for the same person. What is the difference? Please help!

You do not wear diapers and wipes shower layer. (Or other "changing diapers" things like Desitin, A & D ointment and baby powder) You can make any kind of baby gift at the baby shower.

Would you be offended if invited to a baby shower and diaper shower for the same?

I see a couple things I'd do different but this was a quicky because the shower is Sunday, a friend that is having twin boys so I'll stick some little toys in before the shower. Will write up the steps/pics step by step. 1 package of safety pins $1. 1 package of diapers -about 50 of the 8-14 lbs for the inside ($6. 1 -$2 receiving blanket from Wally World. 2 rolls of ribbon $1.
