My son loves the old school Hot Wheels with doors that open, but I can not find? We just between when my husband was younger, but I watched all the department stores and none have doors that open Ethe.

Earnhardt Jr. got the rare chance to do some seriously creative cross promotion between Hot Wheels and Nascar when he was asked to help design a new Hot Wheels car. The car is called the “Hammerhead” and as far as Hot Wheels cars go, it’s pretty sweet. There is no debate that when we watch Nascar, we’re watching cars make a constant left turn for several hours. With that in mind, I recently had the opportunity to speak with Nascar superstar Dale Earnhardt Jr. about his involvement with Hot Wheels. And for our kids, that’s what they feel when they are laid out on the carpet racing their Hot Wheels cars around the living room. Like fellow racer Danika Patrick, Earnhardt Jr. was enthused about the idea, obviously due to his lifelong love of cars and racing.
