How does the Graco Baby Stroller Model #1747491 fold up and adjust?

I got a Graco Stroller Model # 1747491 and I'm not an owner's manual for him. How does it fold? Also, how does the seat adjust levels? I hope it is not broke! Thank you in advance!

Two Million Graco Baby Strollers Recalled « Fresh 105.9 – Homepage

According to a CBS 2 report, two million Graco baby strollers are being recalled due to the risk of entrapment and strangulation.   The two models being recalled are Graco Quattro and MetroLite strollers.   If you have one of the stollers being recalled, you should stop using it immediately and Graco will send a repair kit.   The strollers were sold between 2000 and 2007.

The accessories that go on the handle of the stroller had to be snapped into place, and they were very easy. You had to insert the axle rod through and then put the wheels on either side and use a little pin-the pins were a real pain. The stroller is the Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe Travel System in G Galore. It was also a little difficult for me (you have to push a little button in and snap it on at the same time and I could not get it at first, but eventually I did). I actually gave up on them until my husband got home, but later after I finished the rest of the assembly I came back and got them, also. The only other thing for assembly was the child’s tray. The stroller needed assembly:. I was so excited that I had to put it together myself instead of waiting for my husband to get home. The rear wheels were a little more difficult. Anyone have any problems with putting it together, or any advice. The front wheels easily snapped into place....
